Promote offers weekly group workshops aiming to support teachers at the very beginning of their careers. We understand that starting off in the classroom can often feel challenging. Reclaim Ed helps Early Career Teachers to develop strong skills such as pedagogy, resource creation, marking, behaviour marking and student engagement. We instil confidence in your abilities whilst also covering Key Stage 2 teaching strategies for key topics taught in the classroom as well as the development of resources for key groups of students in the classroom.

Our Promote sessions run over the course of an eight-week period, with a two-hour group session each week. These have a cost of £30 per session.

Our upskilling mentoring service for teachers. We are here for you during your teaching journey, supporting your career at every step. We offer bespoke 1-1 sessions, providing support with curriculum mapping, resource creation, skill assessments and objective analysis, sequencing and building your confidence and building your subject knowledge. These sessions are all about creating strategies that work for you as a teacher to deliver the desired outcome to your students.

These sessions can be scheduled for Monday-Friday evenings.
